It is recommended that Reasonable Steps training is separately delivered face-to-face.
Certification Regime (CR)
A complete mandatory training module for Certification staff, explaining the key CR principles, including applicable Certification Functions and Fitness & Propriety assessments. The Conduct Rule training and thought provoking case studies, which can be selected for your organisation, are tailored to each Certification Function to ensure that individuals can attest to understanding how they apply to them.
Conduct Rules
A complete mandatory training module for staff subject to the Conduct Rules. The training provides context to the regime, but with primary focus on the new Conduct Rules standards that apply to them. Thought provoking case studies, which can be selected for your organisation, are tailored to be relevant to their role and ensure the individual can attest to understanding how the rules apply to them.
