I joined BCS in 2006 and became CEO at the start of 2010. I believe my role is to support our people to do the best work we can for our clients. That means making sure we don’t over complicate the situation or sell what clients don’t need.
We’re not afraid of hard work or putting our reputation on the line and we invest heavily in building and maintaining our knowledge, skills and capabilities so that we are always ready to rise to the next client challenge.
I know that to succeed and achieve our goals we need to grow without compromising quality, whilst ensuring that we continue to meet the needs of all our stakeholders and remain true to our core beliefs.
Every day, I try and pour this vision into the firm, help my managers overcome obstacles, listen to feedback from clients and staff and make sure that, as we expand, we stay true to our approach.
