NMIP
New managers also attend two New Manager Induction Programme off-sites in their first year, to get up to speed quickly with what managing people at BCS is all about.

Building the capabilities of our future leaders on our Senior Manager Preparation Programme incorporating leadership evaluations, business development and negotiation skills training.
FORUMS
Partner Forums see our team getting together to discuss the latest development in our business and across our client base.
